Motorsport Fabrication
Tubular construction
Roll cages are our stock-in-trade but we use those skills to make any kind of tubular structure. In particular we fabricate space frame chassis for a variety of applications.

We also have been involved in many special projects that differ from the norm in terms of space frame chassis. A good example of this would be Formula Student chassis.

If you to build your own roll cage or tubular space frame but need tube bending services, we can assist you with this. We hold 1000's of feet of 4130 Chrome Moly and Cold Drawn seamless mild steel tubing and have a full range of bend tooling.

We have a driven tri-axle ring rolling machine that can roll a variety of materials including box section and tube, in a large range of diameters and variable radii.
Sheet Metal
Creating 3D objects from flat sheets of metal requires special skills. We have the capability to manufacture various items from sheet metal including:
Wheel tubs (that we can supply 'flat pack')
Interior panels
Fuel tanks
Oil tanks
Aerodymanic aids such as wings/spoilers
Bodywork
Carbon Fibre / Composites
We have capacity to manufacture many composite items from:
Fibreglass
Carbon Fibre
Carbon/Kevlar

CNC production
We have an extensive CAD library of standard brackets and fittings. Many of these are parametrised so we can adapt a standard design to a particular situation. For large volumes such as the standard bolt-in roll cage fittings we have the items laser or water jet cut. For small runs or one off pieces we use our in-house CNC plasma cutter.
Part Kits
We can supply most of the parts we use in the workshop if you wish to do your own work. Typically this will be a set of tubes to your specification but could also include brackets or other fittings. We can also supply pre-formed panels which you can use to build wheel tubs.
For specialised drag racing applications we have our in-house developed front and rear suspension components.
